High-density GPU servers, networking, and rack-scale infrastructure — hardware and software as one.
AbCore Systems builds both halves — the servers, switching and racks, and the in-house software that runs the floor they are built on. From silicon selection to a live rack on your data center floor, we close the gap between the chips you were promised and the compute you can actually deploy.

SOFTWARE / DEVELOPED IN-HOUSE
Six systems we wrote ourselves, running the floor that builds your racks.
AbCore develops its own manufacturing software stack — warehouse, production, test, analytics, lean engineering and diagnostics. Six systems, all written in-house, all with copyright registration in progress, and all wired into the same ERP / PLM backbone.
None of it is off-the-shelf, and that is the point. When the software running the line is ours, a process change is a sprint rather than a vendor ticket — and the data the line produces is ours to learn from.
The stack

AIMS

AbCore Intelligent Warehouse System
In-house AI warehouse automation. Inbound receiving, slot assignment and part-level scheduling run as one flow, so every component has a known location and a known destination from the dock onward.

SPS
SCHEMATIC
AbCore Smart Production System
Computer-vision production control. The line recognises each process step, catches assembly errors before they travel downstream, and tunes takt time against real throughput rather than a planning spreadsheet.

AbCore Auto-Test System
Automated test for chassis and fully integrated racks. Sequences run unattended, and yield data feeds straight back into the build process so the same defect does not survive two revisions.

AbCore AI Auto-Debug System
AI diagnosis on top of test failures. The system correlates error reports across the fleet, identifies the probable root cause, and returns a specific repair action to the technician at the rack.

Built in-house
Six systems, one engineering team, one release cadence.
ERP / PLM integrated
One part record from purchase order to shipped rack.
Copyright pending
Registration in progress for all six systems.
All six systems are developed in-house and integrate directly with ERP and PLM — together they form the software backbone behind AbCore’s U.S.-based manufacturing.
COMPLIANCE / EXPORT CONTROL & CUSTOMER DILIGENCE
Every shipment is classified, screened and documented before it leaves.
Advanced accelerators are controlled goods. AbCore ships them only where United States law, the law of the destination, and the customer’s own declared end use all line up — and we keep the file that proves it.
01 — WHAT WE COMMIT TO
01
U.S. export control
Every order is classified to an ECCN and assessed against the Export Administration Regulations before we confirm a ship date. Where the destination, the end user or the stated end use requires authorisation from the Bureau of Industry and Security, we do not ship until that authorisation is in hand.
+ECCN classification per line item
+Country-group and licence determination
+End-User Statement on file before shipment
02
Sanctions and restricted parties
Every party to the transaction is screened, not only the buyer: purchaser, intermediate consignee, ultimate consignee, freight forwarder, and the beneficial owners behind each of them.
+OFAC SDN, BIS Entity List, Denied Persons, Unverified and military end-user lists
+EU and UK sanctions lists
+Re-screened before every shipment, not once at onboarding
03
Law at the destination
United States law is the floor, not the ceiling. We also work to the import, customs and sector-licensing rules that apply where the hardware actually lands, and to any conditions attached to the site that will operate it.
+Import and customs requirements in the delivery country
+Sector licences for data centre, telecom and cloud operation
+Transit and re-export countries identified in advance
04
Obligations after delivery
Compliance does not end at the dock. Our contracts carry non-diversion and onward-transfer undertakings, consent to post-shipment end-use verification, and audit rights.
+Non-resale and no-diversion undertakings
+Post-shipment end-use verification
+Periodic re-screening and document refresh
02 — HOW THE REVIEW RUNS
S1
Intake
Document request list issued, NDA signed, contracting entity, ship-to address and end user identified.
3 BUSINESS DAYS
S2
Entity verification
Incorporation, good standing, signing authority and operating address validated against the public registry.
3 BUSINESS DAYS
S3
Ownership and control
Ownership mapped upward to natural persons; every beneficial owner at 25% or above screened, along with directors and officers.
5 BUSINESS DAYS
S4
Financial standing
Audited accounts, liquidity and credit reviewed; commercial terms or prepayment requirement set.
5 BUSINESS DAYS
S5
Source of funds
Purchase funding traced to its origin; investors, lenders and the paying entity identified and screened.
5 BUSINESS DAYS
S6
Export control
ECCN classification, country-group and licence determination, End-User Statement, and diversion-risk review.
5–10 BUSINESS DAYS
S7
Decision
Risk scored and a documented decision issued — approve, approve with conditions, or decline.
3 BUSINESS DAYS
S8
Ongoing monitoring
Re-screening, refreshed documents and end-use verification for as long as the relationship runs.
ONGOING
These are our own service levels, and the stages run in parallel wherever the evidence allows. With a complete document pack on day one, expect four to six weeks end to end. If a BIS licence is required, that review sits on top of this timeline and its duration is not ours to set.
03 — ABOUT YOUR TIMELINE
We know your timeline is urgent. Most of it is not ours to compress.
Everyone who calls us needs the hardware sooner than the process allows. We would rather say that on the first call than have you discover it in week five.
What cannot be compressed
A licence determination. A government review. A sanctions hit that has to be resolved before anything else moves. An ownership chain ending in a jurisdiction that requires enhanced diligence. These have their own clock, and no commercial pressure changes it.
What you control
The number of times we have to come back to you. Every incomplete submission costs roughly a week — we review, we identify the gap, you retrieve the document, we review again. Three round trips is a month gone, and none of it was spent on the actual decision.
The practical difference
Customers who arrive with a complete pack routinely clear internal review in about half the time of customers who send documents one at a time. The list below is what a complete pack looks like. Assembling it before you contact us is the single largest lever you have on the delivery date.
04 — COME PREPARED
A
Corporate identity
+Certificate of incorporation or business registration
+Business or trade licence showing permitted scope
+Memorandum and articles, bylaws or constitution
+Register of directors and officers
+Tax registration — EIN, VAT or TIN
+Proof of registered address and of the principal operating address
+Group legal entity organisation chart
B
Ownership and control
+Shareholder register showing all holders and percentages
+Ownership chain to natural persons, every layer
+Passport or national ID and address proof for each owner at 25% or above
+Disclosure of any government or state shareholding, at any percentage
+Nominee, trust or bearer-share disclosure where applicable
C
Financial standing
+Audited financial statements, last three fiscal years
+Interim or management accounts for the current year
+Bank reference letter confirming the relationship
+Proof of funds covering at least the deposit
D
Source of funds
+Where the purchase money comes from, and who is paying
+Investment agreement or cap table, if equity-funded
+Credit agreement and lender identity, if debt-funded
+Written confirmation that the payer is the contracting entity
E
End use and deployment
+Signed End-User Statement from the ultimate end user
+Full physical address of every site where the hardware will operate
+Intended applications and workloads, described in writing
+End-user category — own use, colocation, cloud resale or reseller
+Title or lease for the deployment facility
+Every party to the transaction, including forwarders and intermediate consignees
Not every item applies to every transaction — a listed company buying for its own data centre has a materially shorter list than a new entity reselling capacity. Send what you have. We will tell you what is missing within three business days.
05 — WHERE WE STOP
Seven things we decline, and do not negotiate.
●Any party on a restricted-party list — OFAC SDN, BIS Entity List, Denied Persons, Unverified, military end-user, or EU and UK sanctions
●An embargoed destination, or an arms-embargoed country, without the licence that would make the shipment lawful
●Refusal or inability to identify the ultimate end user, the deployment address, or the intended application
●Any stated or suspected end use in weapons, missile, or military-intelligence programmes
●Source of funds that cannot be substantiated, or payment tendered by an unrelated third party
●Misrepresented, falsified or altered documentation
●Refusal to accept resale restrictions, end-use certification, or post-shipment audit rights
This is not caution for its own sake. A shipment that clears diligence is a shipment that does not get held at the border, seized, or unwound eighteen months later — and a supplier who checks is a supplier who is still able to sell to you next year.
This page describes AbCore Systems’ internal compliance process. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for your own export-control counsel. Classification, licensing and country-group treatment are determined per transaction against the Export Administration Regulations in force at the time; verify current requirements at bis.doc.gov.
