High-density GPU servers,
networking, and rack-scale
infrastructure —
hardware and software as one.
AbCore Systems builds both halves — the servers, switching and racks, and the in-house software that runs the floor they are built on. From silicon selection to a live rack on your data center floor, we close the gap between the chips you were promised and the compute you can actually deploy.
Four lines. One architecture.

AI Rack-Scale Solutions
Inside a liquid-cooled AI training rack
Select a unit to inspect what we integrate, validate, and ship at L11/L12. Illustrative layout — built on AMD Instinct or NVIDIA platforms.
Direct-to-chip liquid cooling
Heat leaves the die, not the room. Sub-1.1 PUE at full sustained load.
High-density GPU servers and enterprise compute platforms for modern AI workloads.
Four flagship platforms detailed below, backed by a full portfolio that runs from 1U general-purpose nodes to liquid-cooled rack-scale systems — AMD, NVIDIA or Intel, configured per workload and validated as a system.
AbCore BXA30
AbCore GX650 / GA650
AbCore NX205 / NA204
AbCore NA400R / NX400R
Every platform we build, under one naming system.
Each model code reads left to right: accelerator platform, host CPU, chassis height, accelerator tier, CPU generation. Paired codes are the same machine on an AMD or an Intel host.
AMD Instinct and NVIDIA platforms are subject to vendor qualification and export-control review before order. Configurations are indicative — every system is specified against the workload and validated as a whole before it ships.
We don't just provide hardware. We provide the architectural blueprints for the AI economy.
Hyperscaler AI Infrastructure
Bespoke compute units designed to integrate seamlessly into existing global cloud footprints.
LLM Training Platforms
Massive scale clusters with optimized non-blocking fabrics for foundation model development.
AI Inference at Scale
Cost-optimized nodes for serving trillions of tokens daily across global user bases.
Turnkey Data Center Deployment
From concrete to compute. We handle system design, rack integration, and cabling.
Built for excellence.
Delivered with agility.
AbCore works as an ODM: we build to our own platform designs or to yours, under our brand or yours. What sets us apart is not just the hardware we build, but how we design, manufacture, and deliver at global scale. We close the gap between silicon and deployment.
2.5x faster integration and shipping, powered by our AI-enabled in-house manufacturing software. On-time delivery measured across all orders shipped to date.
Agile supply chain
In an era of hardware scarcity, AbCore maintains an agile and resilient supply network that keeps your AI roadmap on schedule.
Multi-region manufacturing
Component assurance
Predictable lead times
We source through established global distribution, so allocation, lead times and component traceability rest on relationships that already exist — not ones we have to build order by order.
Our platforms or your design. Our badge or yours.
OEMs, cloud operators and system brands engage AbCore to take an AMD- or Intel-based server from specification to volume shipment — on our Fremont line, under our test and compliance process.
Build to your spec
Configure CPU, accelerator, memory, storage, networking and cooling around your workload, starting from our existing platforms.
Your brand
Private-label builds with your bezel, labels, packaging and documentation, shipped under your part numbers.
Firmware & BMC
BIOS settings, BMC and Redfish configuration and image control per customer, frozen and tracked through our ERP / PLM record.
Qualification to volume
Pilot builds, thermal and workload validation on our auto-test system, then ramp to volume with per-unit test records.
Manufacturing
Automated precision assembly with rigorous burn-in and QA processes.
Validation
Full-stack thermal, electrical and workload testing before shipping.
Deployment
On-site technicians handle white-glove rack integration and startup.
Lifecycle
Continuous monitoring and rapid-response parts replacement service.
Six systems we wrote ourselves, running the floor that builds your racks.
AbCore develops its own manufacturing software stack — warehouse, production, test, analytics, lean engineering and diagnostics. Six systems, all written in-house, all with copyright registration in progress, and all wired into the same ERP / PLM backbone.
None of it is off-the-shelf, and that is the point. When the software running the line is ours, a process change is a sprint rather than a vendor ticket — and the data the line produces is ours to learn from.
The stack
All six systems are developed in-house and integrate directly with ERP and PLM — together they form the software backbone behind AbCore’s U.S.-based manufacturing.
Every shipment is classified, screened and documented before it leaves.
Advanced accelerators are controlled goods. AbCore ships them only where United States law, the law of the destination, and the customer’s own declared end use all line up — and we keep the file that proves it.
U.S. export control
Every order is classified to an ECCN and assessed against the Export Administration Regulations before we confirm a ship date. Where the destination, the end user or the stated end use requires authorisation from the Bureau of Industry and Security, we do not ship until that authorisation is in hand.
Sanctions and restricted parties
Every party to the transaction is screened, not only the buyer: purchaser, intermediate consignee, ultimate consignee, freight forwarder, and the beneficial owners behind each of them.
Law at the destination
United States law is the floor, not the ceiling. We also work to the import, customs and sector-licensing rules that apply where the hardware actually lands, and to any conditions attached to the site that will operate it.
Obligations after delivery
Compliance does not end at the dock. Our contracts carry non-diversion and onward-transfer undertakings, consent to post-shipment end-use verification, and audit rights.

Ongoing monitoring
These are our own service levels, and the stages run in parallel wherever the evidence allows. With a complete document pack on day one, expect four to six weeks end to end. If a BIS licence is required, that review sits on top of this timeline and its duration is not ours to set.
We know your timeline is urgent. Most of it is not ours to compress.
Everyone who calls us needs the hardware sooner than the process allows. We would rather say that on the first call than have you discover it in week five.
What cannot be compressed
A licence determination. A government review. A sanctions hit that has to be resolved before anything else moves. An ownership chain ending in a jurisdiction that requires enhanced diligence. These have their own clock, and no commercial pressure changes it.
What you control
The number of times we have to come back to you. Every incomplete submission costs roughly a week — we review, we identify the gap, you retrieve the document, we review again. Three round trips is a month gone, and none of it was spent on the actual decision.
The practical difference
Customers who arrive with a complete pack routinely clear internal review in about half the time of customers who send documents one at a time. The list below is what a complete pack looks like. Assembling it before you contact us is the single largest lever you have on the delivery date.
Corporate identity
Ownership and control
Financial standing

End use and deployment
Not every item applies to every transaction — a listed company buying for its own data centre has a materially shorter list than a new entity reselling capacity. Send what you have. We will tell you what is missing within three business days.
Seven things we decline, and do not negotiate.
This is not caution for its own sake. A shipment that clears diligence is a shipment that does not get held at the border, seized, or unwound eighteen months later — and a supplier who checks is a supplier who is still able to sell to you next year.
This page describes AbCore Systems’ internal compliance process. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for your own export-control counsel. Classification, licensing and country-group treatment are determined per transaction against the Export Administration Regulations in force at the time; verify current requirements at bis.doc.gov.
